Rosegal scam? I placed an order and this is what came. For what seemed like weeks straight, my Facebook news feed was flooded with ads for a women’s fashion website called Rosegal.

The website promises adorable sweaters for about $2. Placing the Order I took a leap and placed an order for a $4. I had been meaning to buy for weeks.

Although, Rosegal’s website says it is trusted, I used Pay. Pal to complete my payment. If the option is there, and you have an inkling of self- doubt, do what feels right. This portion was straightforward. I paid and waited. This is what I ordered: The Order Process. I placed the order on Nov.

The next day on Nov. I was notified that my order had shipped and was given a new reference number. It said the package would take 1. However, please understand this is an estimate. Is the Rosegal scam real? The fashion website promises stylish clothes at cheap prices. I placed an order and here's what came in the mail.

Ex, UPS and DHL. Nothing. Red flags started popping up, so I immediately Googled “rosegal scam,” and posts began popping up everywhere. It could have been too early to tell, so I waited a few days before I did more research. What Is This Company? Days later, I began to lose sleep over this. Here On Earth Full Movie on this page. Rosegal’s “About Us” section does not mention anything about where it is located or company leadership. There is no cofounder story, stylist blog or employee found on Linked. In. After going through several search terms, I didn’t find much useful information. The company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau (which doesn’t necessarily make it a scam) and was given an F grade. I did find out that it was located in Shenzhen, China. AM PST, estimated time: 1. So I gave my obsession with Rosegal a break. I marked my calendar for 2. Nov. 2. 8 — and called it a loss. IT FINALLY HAPPENEDOn Dec. I got this message from Rosegal: “Thank you for placing order with us. We are delighted to inform you that your package has arrived your local post office. Could you please contact them as soon as possible to get the package.”Indeed, by that time my order had arrived!

I ordered a medium, but it felt like a small. While it did fit and zipped up properly, you can see the sleeves are short and there isn’t much wiggle room. I definitely could not wear layers under this jacket, unless I took the faux- fur part off.

Once the fur is taken off, I can wear a sweatshirt or sweater underneath comfortably. Overall, I’m content with the jacket. It’s not bad. There are a lot of small details that required more work than is typically seen on a discount fashion piece. It’s also warm enough, and kept me dry on a rainy day.

FINAL VERDICT: While the company may be a bit sketchy because of a lack of transparency, it did actually deliver a product to me via mail — as promised. However, it took almost a month for it to arrive. UPDATE  7/1. 0/1. The jacket’s zipper gave out on me at the end of February — so about two months of light wear.

I still wear the shell without the fur inside, and it’s fine. Not sure if I’ll ever order from them again, but it was a good experiment to run. Please share your stories below.
